关于运动干预对儿童心理功能的作用,因为各项研究的过程存在差异,很难得出确定性结论。本文为叙述性综述,评价两种运动干预对儿童认知的影响。根据所掌握的任务复杂程度以及由此推出的心理参与,将急性和慢性运动干预进行定量或定性区分。两种干预均能提高儿童认知,但对元认知过程的作用还是未知。本文强调了元认知过程的影响及其对儿童行为和学业表现的调节作用。
About the effect of exercise intervention on children’s psychological function, because of the differences in the research process, it is difficult to draw a definitive conclusion. This article is a narrative summary of the impact of exercise intervention on children’s cognition. Depending on the complexity of the task at hand and the resulting psychological involvement, quantitative or qualitative discrimination between acute and chronic exercise interventions can be used. Both interventions can improve children’s cognition, but the role of metacognition process is still unknown. This article emphasizes the impact of metacognitive processes and their regulatory role in children’s behavior and academic performance.
