目的为了解狂犬病门诊暴露人群预防处置情况,为制定狂犬病的防治措施提供科学方法。方法对2008年1月1日-7月31日到玉林市疾病预防控制中心预防医学门诊狂犬病暴露人群进行描述性流行病学分析,运用Excel表格和SPSS11.0进行有关统计处理。结果 2008年1月1日-7月31日玉林市因被动物伤及而到市疾控中心门诊就诊的人数为2 566人次,其中男性占59.35%,女性占40.65%;致伤动物以犬、猫最多,分别占74.59%、21.20%;Ⅰ度暴露占22.53%,Ⅱ度暴露占47.74%,Ⅲ度暴露占29.73%;受伤部位以下肢和上肢最多,分别占50.85%、40.18%;受伤后<24h就诊占80.22%(其中当天就诊占35.62%);92.59%的病人到门诊进行伤口处理;100%患者接种狂犬疫苗,Ⅲ度暴露者中有33.55%的患者进行人免疫球蛋白注射。结论 2 566例狂犬病门诊暴露患者无1例发生狂犬病,与暴露后较及时规范地进行伤口处理、疫苗接种与免疫球蛋白注射有一定关系,对少部分患者未能及时进行伤口处理和部分Ⅲ度暴露者未注射人免疫球蛋白但不发病的原因进行了分析;同时针对存在的问题进行分析并提出了相应的建议。
Objective To understand the prevention and treatment of rabies outpatient exposure and to provide a scientific method for the development of rabies prevention and control measures. Methods A descriptive epidemiological analysis of rabies exposed population in preventive medicine clinic of Yulin Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 1, 2008 to July 31, 2008 was carried out. Statistical analysis was carried out by Excel spreadsheet and SPSS11.0. Results From January 1, 2008 to July 31, 2008, the number of outpatient visits to the CDC in Yulin City was 2 566, of which 59.35% were male and 40.65% were female; , Accounting for 74.59% and 21.20% respectively; Ⅰ degree exposure accounted for 22.53%, Ⅱ degree exposure accounted for 47.74% and Ⅲ degree exposure accounted for 29.73%; injured limbs accounted for 50.85% and 40.18% After24hours treatment, 80.22% of the patients (35.62% of them were treated on the same day); 92.59% of the patients went to the clinic for wounds; 100% of the rabies vaccines were vaccinated and 33.55% of the Ⅲdegree subjects were injected with human immunoglobulin. Conclusions No cases of rabies occurred in 2 566 rabies clinic patients exposed to rabies. After the exposure, the wounds were treated in a timely and standardized manner. Vaccination and immunoglobulin injection had some relationship. In a small number of patients, the wounds were not treated in time and some Ⅲ The reason that the exposed person did not inject human immunoglobulin but did not get the disease was analyzed. Meanwhile, the existing problems were analyzed and the corresponding suggestions were put forward.
