目的对大理州各大宾馆、酒店、乳制品行业,超市从业人员的岗前戊型肝炎抗体IgM感染情况进行检测,杜绝戊型肝炎抗体IgM感染者进入本服务行业,健全宾馆、酒店、乳制品行业、超市从业人员健康管理制度。方法对来我单位进行岗前体检人员进行戊型肝炎抗体IgM检测,对所有人员采集静脉血3 ml于真空管后,分离血清,取样10μl进行检测。结果共对8 697人进行戊型肝炎抗体IgM检测,结果阳性2例,阳性率0.02%,均为女性。结论对岗前人员进行戊型肝炎抗体IgM检测,保证了上岗从业人员的健康素质,杜绝了戊型肝炎在宾馆、酒店、乳制品行业、超市从业人员中的传播。
Objective To detect pre-clinical hepatitis E antibody IgM infection in Dali hotels, hotels, dairy industry and supermarket employees, to prevent hepatitis E antibody IgM infection from entering the service industry and to improve hotel, hotel and dairy products Industry, supermarket employees health management system. Methods To come to my unit for pre-post medical examination for hepatitis E antibody IgM, venous blood collected for all personnel 3 ml in a vacuum tube, the serum was isolated, sampling 10μl for testing. Results A total of 8 697 people were tested for hepatitis E antibody IgM. The result was positive in 2 cases, the positive rate was 0.02%, all of them were female. Conclusion The detection of hepatitis E antibody IgM in pre-service staff ensures the health quality of laid-off workers and eliminates the spread of hepatitis E among hotels, hotels, dairy products and supermarkets.
