为了解丹江口水库移民外迁安置初期移民的生产生活状况,对南水北调丹江口水库湖北省农村移民外迁安置1 a后的土地、住房、收支、基础设施建设、社会适应性等进行问卷调查。结果认为:移民的土地和住房水平总体较好,基础设施配套也比较完善,但搬迁也对移民的社会资源造成损失,主要存在收入下降、生活成本较高、对安置地农业生产方式不太适应、养老医疗体系不完善等问题。针对上述问题提出了加大移民后期帮扶力度,加强移民教育培训和完善社会保障体系等对策措施。
In order to understand the production and living conditions of resettlers in the initial resettlement of Danjiangkou Reservoir, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the land, housing, revenue and expenditure, infrastructure construction and social adaptability after resettlement of rural resettlers in Danjiangkou Reservoir of Hubei Province. The result shows that: the resettlers’ land and housing level are generally better and their infrastructure facilities are more perfect. However, the relocation also causes loss to the social resources of the resettlers, mainly due to the decrease of income and high cost of living, which is not suitable for the mode of agricultural production in the settlements , Pension system is not perfect and other issues. In view of the above problems, some countermeasures are put forward, such as intensifying the assistance of immigrants in the later stage, strengthening education and training of immigrants and improving the social security system.
