本实验用酚水法提取流感嗜血杆菌内毒素(LPS)经圆窗膜注入豚鼠的外淋巴腔,结果出现听神经复合动作电位(CAP)阈值升高、N_1潜伏期延长;光镜和电镜检查显示Corti氏器结构有特异性的损伤。围绕上述结果,讨论了耳电生理学改变和形态改变之间的关系及其意义。
In this experiment, the extraction of H. influenzae endotoxins (LPS) by the round water window membrane into the perilymph cavity of guinea pigs by phenol-water method resulted in the increase of auditory nerve complex action potential (CAP) threshold and prolongation of N 1 latency. Light and electron microscopy showed Corti’s structure has specific damage. Based on the above results, we discuss the relationship between the electrophysiological and morphological changes and their significance.
