采用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行标记法显示大鼠坐骨神经钳伤后4周时,其L4-5脊髓及脊神经节中HRP标记神经元胞体数量的变化。结果表明:补阳还五汤可加速实验大鼠坐骨神经的轴浆运输。在引入HRP48小时,补阳还五汤组标记的胞体数明显多于对照组(P<0.05),其余几组标记的胞体数相近(P>0.05)。提示:本方可加速钳伤神经的轴浆运输,这与其改善损伤局部微循环有关,也可能是临床和实验中,本方促进周围神经再生的作用机理之一。
Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) retrograde labeling method was used to show changes in the number of HRP-labeled neurons in the L4-5 spinal cord and spinal ganglion at 4 weeks after sciatic nerve injury in rats. The results showed that Buyang Huanwu Decoction can speed up the axoplasmic transport of sciatic nerve in experimental rats. The number of cell bodies marked in Buyang Huanwu Decoction group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the number of cell bodies labeled in the other groups was similar (P>0.05). It is suggested that this method can accelerate the axon transport of the injured nerve, which is related to the improvement of the local microcirculation of the injury. It may also be one of the mechanisms of action of this side to promote the regeneration of peripheral nerves in clinical and experimental studies.
