本工作采用超高真空-气相氢渗透技术,在220~430℃温度范围内,精确测定了22-13-5奥氏体不锈钢的氢渗透参数,氢渗透率(φ)和扩散系数(D)与温度的关系,分别表示为4.43×10~(-4)exp(-63.28kJ·mol~(-1)/RT)mol/m·s·MPa~(1/2)和3.56×10~(-7)exp(-52.04kJ·mol~(-1)/RT)m~2/S。材料的冷轧或热处理对氢渗透行为无明显影响。
In this work, the hydrogen permeation parameters, hydrogen permeability (φ) and diffusion coefficient (D) of 22-13-5 austenitic stainless steel were precisely measured in the temperature range of 220 ~ 430 ℃ by using ultra-high vacuum- And the temperature are respectively expressed as: 4.43 × 10 -4 exp (-63.28 kJ · mol -1 / RT) mol / m · s · MPa -1 (1/2) and 3.56 × 10 ~ -7) exp (-52.04 kJ · mol -1 (-1) / RT) m ~ 2 / S. Material cold rolling or heat treatment had no significant effect on hydrogen permeation.
