变应试教育为素质教育的口号已提出数年,但许多农村中小学实施素质教育却举步维艰。“为什么”“怎么办”这两个问题一直萦绕于农村教育管理人员和乡村教师的脑海。我们想就这一方面的问题提出一点粗浅看法。 一、农村中小学实施素质教育难度举隅。 据我们了解,一些农村学校实施素质教育仅停留在嘴上和纸上,充其量是培植了几个盆景学校,“可远观而不可亵玩”。应试教育还没有完全降温,“以名次论英雄”在某些地区还在愈演愈烈,学生不得减压,教师未能松绑。究其原因,不外乎以下几个方面:
The slogan of change-oriented education for quality education has been proposed for several years. However, many rural primary and secondary schools have struggled to implement quality education. The two questions of “why” and “how to do” have been haunting the minds of rural education administrators and rural teachers. We would like to make a few superficial views on this issue. First, it is difficult to carry out quality education in rural primary and secondary schools. According to our understanding, some rural schools implement quality education only in their mouths and on paper. At best, they have cultivated several bonsai schools and are “can not be seen from the distance”. Exam-oriented education has not yet completely cooled down. “History of heroes by name” is still growing in some areas. Students cannot decompress and teachers cannot relax.
