装载机驱动桥壳体为铸件,铸造时其砂孔、疏松等不良率较高,容易产生漏油甚至断裂,因此对驱动桥壳体进行密封性能检测十分重要。我们选择并运用加气传感检测技术检测其是否存在泄漏,以达到较好的质量控制目的。1.选择检测方法装载机驱动桥壳体常用的密封性能检测方法有3种,如下所述。(1)加气注油检测将驱动桥壳体内加注GL一8号齿轮油,密封后加气检测。使用该种检测方法,对较大砂孔、疏松缺陷能很快检测出来,但是对较小缺陷,如螺栓孔内砂孔渗油现象难以马上发现,尤其是驱动桥壳体油位上方的缺陷无法发现。
