It was an early spring morning fifteen years ago - on that day, pale sunshine shone on branches of fresh green shoots. Young I, a journalist specializing in interviews with law and order, was driving to a place I did not want to see. The police radio reported that a man accidentally knocked down a young granddaughter when reversing the carriageway in his home caused a fatal accident. I parked the car between the police car and the television interview car and immediately saw a stout white-haired man in a cotton overalls standing by a pick-up truck. A few cameras aimed at him, the reporters put the microphone in front of him. The old man appears to be totally confused and is trying his best to answer questions from reporters. He almost jerked his lips and blinked his eyes, unable to pronounce a single word.
