城市地铁发展向来都是靠国家财政补贴的政府负偾工程,我国政府实行严格限制发展的策略。为了摆脱这种局面,我们可以通过合理利用地下空间、大胆发展土地增值优势、准确制定地铁票价,巧妙借助金融市场工具等一系列措施增加地铁经济效益,尽快回收巨额成本。随着我国轨道交通业不断成长,它将会成为提高城市形象、缓解交通压力自由发展的行业。
The development of urban metro has always been supported by the state financial subsidies to the government, while the government of our country implements the strategy of strictly restricting development. In order to get out of this situation, we can increase the economic benefits of the MTRC through a series of measures such as making rational use of underground space, boldly developing the advantages of land value appreciation, accurately setting the fare of the MTR, and cleverly using financial market tools to recover huge costs as soon as possible. As China’s rail transit industry continues to grow, it will become an industry that enhances the city’s image and alleviates the free development of traffic pressure.
