液压自由活塞柴油机是一种将活塞式内燃机与柱塞式液压泵集成为一体的新型动力机械,通过对液压自由活塞柴油机工作原理的分析,依据所开发的原理样机实际参数建立了基于活塞动力学、缸内热力学和液压系统动力学等多学科、多参数耦合仿真模型,并利用原理样机试验结果对耦合仿真模型进行了校验。研究结果表明,该耦合仿真计算结果与原理样机试验结果一致性较好,尤其是活塞的动力学结果与试验结果有较高的吻合度,表明所建立的耦合仿真模型在对活塞动力学的研究上具有较高的仿真精度,可以较准确地描述液压自由活塞柴油机的运动特性。研究结果为液压自由活塞柴油机的理论研究和特性研究提供了研究手段和理论基础。
