进行刺槐、紫穗槐、实生桑苗圃人工除草,是一项繁重的体力劳动.不但花工多,开支大,经济效益差,而且遇到阴雨天气.很易发生草荒,严重影响苗木的生长.为此,我们于1983年进行了苗圃化学除草试验,取得了一定的效果.圃地概况试验地设在射阳县林场东升队4号条田南部,地势平坦,土壤为轻壤,一般1米土体内含盐0.259%,表土(0—20厘米)含盐量0.04%,PH8.8,有机质含量0.843%,速效磷2ppm,地下水位176厘米.材料和方法(一)供试药剂 48%氟乐灵乳剂为美国埃特礼来公司生产、哈尔滨化工厂改装的药品.50%杀草丹乳剂、25%除草醚粉剂均由盐城市农科所植保组提供.
