广西玉林建筑公司从去年八月开始进行了利用太阳能养护混凝土构件的试验。通过试验,认为直接复盖黑色塑料薄膜是利用太阳能养护混凝土构件的最简便而又行之有效的方法,值得推广应用。从表一可以看出,在混凝土构件上直接复盖黑色塑料薄膜,罩内的最低温度可比环境温度提高2~5℃,最高温度可比环境温度提高20~30℃。一般情况下,晴天可以使罩内造成55~70℃的养护条件,阴雨天亦可达40~50℃。
Guangxi Yulin Construction Company started from August last year, the trial of the use of solar energy conservation of concrete components. Through the experiment, it is considered that the direct covering of the black plastic film is the most convenient and effective method for curing concrete components using solar energy, which is worth popularizing and applying. As can be seen from Table 1, the black plastic film is directly covered on the concrete member. The minimum temperature in the cover can be increased by 2 to 5 DEG C than the ambient temperature and the maximum temperature can be increased by 20 to 30 DEG C than the ambient temperature. Under normal circumstances, the sun can make the cover caused by 55 ~ 70 ℃ curing conditions, rainy days can reach 40 ~ 50 ℃.
