20世纪90年代以前,黑龙江省广告制作元素单调,口号化风格明显,“信息告白+产品图像”的新闻报道模式明显。90年代以来黑龙江广告发展在物质条件和技术条件的支持下,开始逐渐向着“好广告”的方向发展。影视广告中的商业广告和公益广告十分活跃,在与时俱进的同时显示出了黑龙江影视广告的个性化特征。
