钙阻滞剂(Calcium Blocker, 下简称CB).是一大组能阻止细胞外钙进入细胞内的药物.近年来,临床和实验研究发现过多的钙离子进入细胞可出现许多病理现象,如细胞缺血性坏死、高血压和心绞痛等.临床应用CB治疗上述疾病显示出细胞膜→良好的疗效,因此,CB被认为是近十年来治疗心血管疾患的重大进展之一.随着对心脏直视手术中心肌缺血性损伤研究的不断深入,许多研究表明心肌损伤是由于缺血期或再灌注期大量的钙离子从细胞外流入细胞内引起的,细胞内离子内环境稳定失衡造成一系列代谢紊乱,严重影响心肌功能及结构的完整性.CB可以抑制或阻断这种钙离子的反常内流,从而保护心肌免受损伤或减少损伤.
