以黄瓜幼苗为试材,采用练苗期喷施不同营养液浓度的方法,研究练苗期不同营养液浓度处理(T1、T2、T3、T4)对不同贮存天数(0、2、4d)下黄瓜幼苗主要形态指标的变化规律与叶绿素含量的变化情况,以及定植后植株恢复能力的影响。结果表明:在短期(0、2d)贮运黄瓜幼苗时,将练苗期营养液浓度控制在1/2倍液有利于较好的保持幼苗长势,缩短缓苗期有利于幼苗定植后恢复生长;在中期(4d)贮运黄瓜幼苗时,练苗期营养液浓度适宜选择1/4倍液、1/2倍液,能够保持较好的商品苗品质,利于幼苗定植后存活,缩短缓苗期。
The cucumber seedlings were used as test materials to study the effect of different nutrient solution concentration (T1, T2, T3, T4) on the different storage days (0, 2, 4d) The main morphological changes of cucumber seedling and the change of chlorophyll content and the plant restoration ability after planting were studied. The results showed that when the cucumber seedlings were stored and transported in the short term (0, 2 d), the concentration of nutrient solution in the seedling stage was controlled at 1/2 times, which was in favor of keeping the seedling growing well. ; In the medium-term (4d) storage and transportation of cucumber seedlings, the appropriate concentration of nutrient solution training seedling stage 1/4 times, 1/2 times, to maintain good quality of commercial seedlings, which will help seedling survival after planting, shorten the Huanmiao period.
