目的 :对药用大黄非蒽醌类化学成分进行研究。方法 :色谱和光谱分析法分离和鉴定化学成分。结果 :从 85 %乙醇提取物中分得 10个非蒽醌类化合物 ,鉴定了其中的 8个 ,分别为rheosmine,胡萝卜苷 ,d 儿茶素 ,6 cinnamoylisolindleyin ,白藜芦醇 4′ O β D (6″ O 没食子酰 )葡萄糖苷 ,没食子酸 ,(- )表儿茶素 3 O 没食子酸酯和D 山梨醇。结论 :rheosmine ,D 山梨醇为首次由大黄属植物中分得。
Objective: To study the non-steroidal chemical constituents of medicinal rhubarb. Methods : Chromatography and spectral analysis to separate and identify chemical components. RESULTS: Ten non-steroidal compounds were isolated from 85% ethanol extracts and 8 of them were identified as rheosmine, glucoside, d catechin, 6 cinnamoylisolindleyin, resveratrol 4′ O β D. (6" O galloyl) glucoside, gallic acid, (-) epicatechin 3 O gallate and D sorbitol. Conclusion: rheosmine, D sorbitol was first isolated from the genus Rhubarb.
