Long reportage “Baise Declaration of Earth - General Secretary Jiang and Youjiang Yongchang Village” (Guangxi Nationalities Publishing House) General Secretary Jiang Zemin went to Yongchang Village, Napo Town, Tianyang County, Baise Prefecture, Guangxi Province twice to guide poverty alleviation.
