随着企业信息系统在组织管理过程中的广泛应用,如何帮助企业实现绩效提升已成为学术界和企业界共同关注的焦点。本文从企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)系统、客户关系管理(Customer Relationship Management,CRM)系统、供应链管(Supply Chain Management,SCM)系统和知识管(Knowledge Management,KM)系统四个方面对企业信息系统影响企业绩效的相关文献进行梳理与回顾,评析了该领域现有研究的不足,并提出对未来研究方向的展望。
With the wide application of enterprise information system in the process of organization and management, how to help enterprises achieve performance improvement has become a common focus of academia and business.
