建筑工程实现全过程造价控制管理已成为建筑行业的整体发展趋势。该管理方式的实现有利于建筑工程项目资金的有效节约,有利于建筑公司的整体竞争力得以提升。但由于目前的建筑工程全过程造价管理还处于起步阶段,许多建筑公司对该管理方法的认知不足。针对这种情况本文在介绍了全过程造价管理与工程造价基础上,分析了造价控制管理的必要性及具体管理方法,以期对全过程的造价控制管理系统完善提供一定的理论依据。
Construction project to achieve the whole process of cost control management has become the overall development trend of the construction industry. The realization of this management mode is conducive to the effective saving of funds for construction projects, which will help enhance the overall competitiveness of construction companies. However, due to the fact that the entire cost management of construction projects is still in its infancy, many construction companies lack the knowledge of this management method. In view of this situation, based on the introduction of the whole process of cost management and project cost, this paper analyzes the necessity and specific management methods of cost control and management, with a view to providing some theoretical basis for the improvement of the cost control and management system in the whole process.
