社会的高速发展,随之而来的是经济形势、就业形势的各方面转型。而大学生对就业能力的解读需要与时俱进,否则将会被高速发展的社会所抛弃。目前我国大学生对就业能力解读的误区,一方面来自自身对就业能力和形势的认识不够,固步自封。另一方面也与我国高等教育的培养模式及传统的特色考试文化相关。认知问题不解决,实际问题便无从下手。因此要解决大学生就业难的问题,除去政府、社会提供较好的外部就业形势外,大学生的就业意识,特别是对就业能力的正确解读也需要正确引导修正。只有如此,我国才能从人力资源大国步入人力资源强国行列。
The rapid development of society, followed by the economic situation, the employment situation in all aspects of transformation. The interpretation of college students’ need for employment needs to keep pace with the times or they will be abandoned by the rapidly developing society. At present, misunderstandings about the employability of college students in our country come from their inadequate understanding of the employability and the situation on the one hand and their self-esteem. On the other hand, it is also related to the cultivation mode of our higher education and the traditional characteristic examination culture. Cognitive problems are not resolved, the actual problems can not start. Therefore, in order to solve the difficult employment problem of college students, except for the government and the society providing better external employment situation, college students’ employment awareness, especially the correct interpretation of employment ability, also needs to be properly guided and corrected. Only in this way can our country step into the ranks of the powerful human resources country from the major human resources country.
