目的为减轻功能部位外伤后局部疤痕增生,避免疤痕挛缩影响功能活动。方法应用J-1型脱细胞异体真皮与自体薄皮片复合移植于功能部位外伤创面上并固定、包扎。结果60例67处部位移植复合皮完全成活;3处部位大部分成活,经换药愈合。50例经6~12个月随访,未发现排异现象,局部外观平整,皮肤弹性好,功能灵活,供皮区无疤痕形成。结论复合皮(脱细胞异体真皮+自体薄皮片)移植修复功能部位外伤后大面积组织缺损可有效防止疤痕赠生、预防畸形,避免功能受损。
The purpose is to reduce functional site trauma local scar hyperplasia, to avoid scar contracture affect functional activity. Methods J-1 allogeneic dermis and autologous thin skin grafts were implanted on functional wounds and fixed and wrapped. Results 60 cases of 67 parts of the graft complete survival of the composite skin; most of the three parts of survival, the dressing healing. 50 cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months, no abnormal phenomenon was found, the local appearance was smooth, the skin elasticity was good, the function was flexible, there was no scar formation in the donor area. Conclusion The transplantation of composite skin (allogeneic dermis + autologous thin skin graft) can repair the large area of tissue defects after trauma and effectively prevent scar grafts, prevent deformity and avoid impaired function.
