目的了解泰州市海陵区食品摊贩经营现状,为食品摊贩监管提供科学依据。方法采用自制调查表调查食品摊贩经营现状,用SPSS 19.0对数据进行统计分析。结果共调查食品摊贩239家,检查项目总数2 390项,其中合格项目数为1 152项,合格率为48.2%,餐饮服务类合格率与食品流通类合格率之间的差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.969,P>0.05)。结论泰州市海陵区食品摊贩自身管理水平较差,经营现状令人担忧,政府有关部门应各履其职,进一步加大食品摊贩监督管理工作力度。
Objective To understand the current situation of food vendors in Hailing District of Taizhou City and provide a scientific basis for the supervision of food vendors. Methods The self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation of food vendors. SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the data. Results A total of 239 food stalls were investigated and 2,390 items were inspected, of which 1,152 were eligible. The pass rate was 48.2%. There was no significant difference between the passing rate of food service and the passing rate of food circulation ( χ2 = 2.969, P> 0.05). Conclusion Hailing District, Taizhou City, food vendors own poor management, operating status is worrying, the relevant government departments should perform their duties to further increase the food vendors supervision and management efforts.
