一段时间以来,期刊上陆续发表了不少有关档案学理论研究与档案工作实践脱节的文章,读后的确有所收益,深感文章切中时弊,值得档案学理论研究者和档案业务工作者深思。但在笔者所阅读的范围内,感到目前已发表的文章对此问题的论述存在明显的不足,其突出表现是:一方面对问题成因的追寻还不够深刻;另一方面对问题的认识也存在着片面性,忽视了一些隐性问题的存在。基于此,成此短文,试图弥补现有研究之不足。一、档案理论研究队伍的不健全客观上凸显了档案理论研究脱离实践的程度客观地讲,现阶段档案理论研究的确存在着脱离实践的倾向,但问题存在的程度并不象部分作者所说的那么严重。与此同时,造成理论脱离实践的根本原因也并不仅在于现有研究队伍在学风、研究作风上存在问题,关键在于目前档案学术研究队伍在人员构成上存在 For a period of time, many journals have published many articles about the separation of archival theory research and archival work practices.
