目的对我区某烧烤店发生的一起疑似中毒事件进行病原学检测,为食物中毒处理提供依据。方法参照《全国临床检验操作规程》(第3版)、WS/T13-1996、WS271-2007、WS/T80-1996、WS/T81-1996,对5份剩余食物和6份粪便进行病原学检测。结果从2份食品样本和3份粪便中检出创伤弧菌。结论根据临床症状、流行病学调查及实验室检测,本次食物中毒为创伤弧菌污染食物引起的细菌性食物中毒。
Objective To conduct a pathogenic test on a suspected poisoning incident in a barbecue shop in our district to provide the basis for food poisoning treatment. Methods According to the “National Clinical Laboratory Procedures” (3rd edition), WS / T13-1996, WS271-2007, WS / T80-1996, WS / T81-1996, etiological tests . Results Vibrio vulnificus was detected from 2 food samples and 3 feces samples. Conclusion According to the clinical symptoms, epidemiological investigation and laboratory tests, the food poisoning caused by Vibrio vulnificus contamination of food caused by bacterial food poisoning.
