随着市场经济的进一步深化发展,许多集团企业,特别是大型国有企业集团,下属的子公司越来越多,如何在企业内部树立依法治企的理念,打造出一支懂法守法的集团财务人员队伍,依靠法治,建立且完善集团化财务管理制度已经成为一个急需解决的课题。本文就大型国有集团公司财务部门出现的问题进行简要分析,为集团公司财务部门依法管理和建设提供一点切实有效的建议。
With the further deepening of the market economy, many group companies, especially large state-owned enterprise groups, have more and more subsidiaries under their jurisdiction. How to establish the concept of managing enterprises according to law within the enterprise so as to create a corporate finance Staff team, relying on the rule of law, to establish and improve the group financial management system has become an urgent issue to be solved.
