本实验对体外培养的SMMC-7721人体肝癌细胞系(7721细胞)进行光动力学杀伤(PDT)的研究。共选用了光敏素Ⅱ(PⅡ)、高磺化铝酞菁(AlSPC)、李东方合成的二磺化销酞菁(AlS_2PCL)和二磺化锌酞菁(ZnS_2PCL)、陈发普合成的一磺化铝酞菁(AlS_1PCC)和二磺化铝酞菁(AlS_2PCC)及二磺化锌酞菁(ZnS_2PCC)。在PDT实验中发现:上述光敏剂均对7721细胞有明显的PDT杀伤作用,光敏剂的剂量、种类和孵育
In this experiment, photodynamic killing (PDT) of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line (7721 cells) cultured in vitro was investigated. A total of two kinds of photo sulphides (PII), AlSPC (highly sulfonated aluminum phthalocyanine), AlS_2PCL (AlS_2PCL) and ZnS_2PCL (disulfonated zinc phthalocyanine) from Li Dongfang, and monosulfonation from Chenfapu were synthesized. Aluminum phthalocyanine (AlS_1PCC) and disulphonated aluminum phthalocyanine (AlS_2PCC) and zinc disulfonate phthalocyanine (ZnS_2PCC). In the PDT experiment, it was found that all of the above photosensitizers had a significant PDT killing effect on 7721 cells, and the dose, type, and incubation of the photosensitizer were observed.
