选择质量分数w(苯)1228%,w(甲苯)332%,w(芳烃)156%的6#抽提溶剂油为原料,应用镍铝催化剂在10mL高压加氢固定床微反气相色谱联合装置上进行催化加氢脱芳烃的研究,考察了不同操作条件下6#抽提溶剂油催化加氢脱芳烃的效果。在反应压力05MPa,氢油体积比70∶1,反应温度130℃,空速10h-1的条件下,6#抽提溶剂油催化加氢脱芳烃的效果较好,加氢后油中w(总芳烃)可降至005%,符合中国石油天然气总公司科技局提出的油中w(芳烃)不大于010%的要求。
Six (6) extraction solvent oils with w (benzene) 1228%, w (toluene) 332% and w (aromatic) 156% were used as raw materials. Micro anti-GC combined catalytic hydrogenation of dearomatization on the study under different operating conditions 6 # solvent oil catalytic hydrodearomatization effect. Under the conditions of reaction pressure of 0.5MPa, volume ratio of hydrogen to oil of 70:1, reaction temperature of 130 ℃ and space velocity of 10h-1, the catalytic effect of 6 # solvent oil on hydrodearomatization is better. After hydrogenation Oil w (total aromatics) can be reduced to 0 05%, in line with the China National Petroleum Corporation Science and Technology Bureau proposed oil w (aromatics) is not more than 0 10% of the requirements.
