~(99m)Tc 标记的胆道显像剂广泛地用于胆囊功能的研究,然而对于胆囊收缩功能的研究颇多,对胆囊充盈功能的研究则甚少,各学者应用缩胆囊素及其同类药物的剂量及给药方法也不同。本文就胆囊功能及胆囊排空动力学加以研究,并探讨8肽缩胆囊素(OP-CCK)的最佳给药剂量与方法。22例肝功能试验正常,并经口服药物法行胆囊造影与超声波显像证实无胆结石的男性病人,平均年龄55.8(33~69岁)岁;平均身高1.76(1.68~1.84米)米;平均体重81.7(62.1~100.7公斤)公斤。前一天晚上禁食,取仰卧位,γ相机采用针孔型准直器,静脉注射~(99m)Tc-Disofenin 0.5~1.0mCi,1帧/分,连续
