通过原位合成法制备出TiB2/7075复合材料,研究了TiB2颗粒对7075铝合金微观组织的影响。结果表明,添加4.5%的TiB2后能有效优化α-Al晶粒形貌,但添加9%的TiB2后由于颗粒团聚、优化作用降低。使用ProCAST软件对蛇形管制备过程进行了数值模拟,得出了适宜的蛇形管温度、浇注温度及蛇形管弯道数量。在蛇形管保温温度为400℃,浇注温度为670℃时能够获得半固态浆料。根据模拟得到的工艺参数进行流变挤压铸造试验,获得了良好的球状晶组织。
TiB2 / 7075 composites were prepared by in-situ synthesis and the effect of TiB2 particles on the microstructure of 7075 aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that the addition of 4.5% TiB2 can effectively optimize the α-Al grain morphology, but the addition of 9% TiB2 reduces the optimization due to particle agglomeration. ProCAST software was used to simulate the preparation process of the serpentine tube, and the suitable serpentine tube temperature, pouring temperature and the number of bends of the serpentine tube were obtained. Semi-solid slurry can be obtained when the coiled tube insulation temperature is 400 ℃ and the pouring temperature is 670 ℃. According to the simulation of the process parameters for rheo-extrusion casting test, get a good spherical crystal structure.
