本文通过对1968～1987年澳大利亚主要死亡疾病的研究,发现其人口变化的趋势、死亡率变化趋势、不同年龄组死亡的主要原因和主要死亡疾病的性别差异。综合分析了主要死亡疾病、不同年龄组死亡疾病的危险因素。提出了人类主要死亡疾病在不同性别的差异可能与性激素和X或Y染色体功能的差异有关。结合本文资料展望了未来医疗卫生保健的趋势,探讨了今后我国医疗卫生保健的重点。
Based on a study of major deaths in Australia from 1968 to 1987, this paper finds the trends in demographic changes, the trends in mortality, the major causes of death in different age groups, and the gender differences in major deaths. Comprehensive analysis of the main death disease, death risk factors in different age groups. It is suggested that differences in the prevalence of major human deaths in different genders may be related to the differences in sex hormones and X or Y chromosome function. Combined with the data of this article, the future trend of medical and health care is prospected, and the focus of medical and health care in our country is discussed.
