目的:摸清某片剂生产厂职业卫生状况,对存在职业病危害因素的岗位或工种提出控制措施。方法:对片剂生产厂生产岗位或工种存在的职业病危害因素进行现场调查和检测。结果:生产过程中产生或存在的职业病危害因素主要有氨、乙酸乙酯、噪声、粉尘等。监控操作台、粉碎投料仓口、高分筛南和暂存料仓下料口各岗位接触粉尘总尘浓度不符合国家职业卫生限值标准。各工种作业工人接触乙酸乙酯浓度除二层平台岗位不合格外,其余所测岗位符合国家职业卫生限值标准。作业工人接触噪声不合格场所主要有中配置罐东、306发酵罐南、101车间二楼、203种子罐北、306发酵罐南、1号空压机北、生产控制室中、3号空压机南和5号空压机南等岗位,所测岗位噪声总合格率为65.6%。结论:某片剂生产厂作业岗位或工种对粉尘、毒物和噪声危害因素的控制措施还不完善,部分岗位或工种职业危害因素检测结果不合格,应改善作业环境,加强个人防护,保护劳动者健康。
Objective: To find out the occupational health status of a tablet manufacturing plant and to put forward control measures for positions or types of occupational hazards. Methods: On-site investigation and testing were conducted on the occupational hazards that existed in the production positions or types of work in the tablet manufacturing plant. Results: The main hazard factors of occupational diseases that occur or exist in the production process are ammonia, ethyl acetate, noise, dust and so on. Monitoring console, crushing feeding silo mouth, high screened silo and temporary silo discharging the positions of dust contact dust concentration does not meet the national occupational health limit standards. All types of workers exposed to ethyl acetate concentration in addition to the second floor platform substandard positions, the remaining positions in line with national occupational health standards. Workers exposed to noise unqualified places are mainly in the configuration canister East, 306 fermenter South, 101 Workshop on the second floor, 203 seed cans North, 306 fermenter South, 1 North Compressor, production control room, No. 3 air compressor Machine South and No. 5 air compressor South and other positions, the total post-tested noise passing rate was 65.6%. Conclusion: The control measures for the dust, poison and noise hazards of the job site or work in a tablet factory are not perfect. The test results of occupational hazards in some posts or workbases are unqualified. The working environment should be improved, personal protection should be strengthened and labors should be protected health.
