大功率发射管的栅极一般都采用钨、钼材料。随着电子管的发展,采用栅极涂复的办法,改善了栅极的性能。但是用钼做栅极经过涂复处理后装成的电子管,在应用时如果增加栅极耗散,会出现热发射、二次发射和机械稳定性差等缺陷。严重影响电子管的寿命、电气参数和整机的正常使用,特别是在作丁类放大器时更为明显。采用热解石墨做栅极材料,成功地克服了以上缺点,提高了电子管栅极耗散功率,使电子管又向前发展了一步。
The gate of high-power launch tube are generally used tungsten, molybdenum materials. With the development of the electron tube, the method of gate coating is adopted to improve the performance of the gate. The use of pyrolytic graphite as a gate material successfully overcome the above shortcomings and improve the power dissipation of the electron tube gate, so that the tube is a step forward.
