关于枕边书的标准,不同的读者各不相同,王鼎钧先生的标准具有一定的代表性:“文笔平易诚恳;字体大小和行间疏密适度;有思想性而又擅长暗示的手法;深入现实而又不失空灵;不说教而能唤起积极的回响;篇幅以短制为主,使读者无论用一分钟、五分钟或二十分钟的时间阅读都能有自圆自满的感觉。”笔者对于枕边书的标准有三条:一是值得反复阅读;二是重读时能有新的发现;三是能让人百读不厌。依据这三个标准,我也把多年来的枕边书进行了归纳,它们分别是:《红楼梦》及红学研究著
