聚合物水泥混凝土复合式路面是一种新型的路面结构形式。通过室内试验,研究了聚合物水泥混凝土(PCC)的力学性能、收缩性能以及抗渗、耐磨等性能,并与普通水泥混凝土进行性价比对比,评价了复合式路面的经济性。研究结果表明,随着聚合物掺量的增加,PCC在抗折强度提高的同时刚度降低,断裂性能上升,耐疲劳与抗冲击等动力学性能均有明显改善,抗渗、耐磨、抗腐蚀等性能也有大幅度提高。理论计算表明,PCC复合式路面的寿命明显高于普通水泥路面。
Polymer cement concrete composite pavement is a new type of pavement structure. Through laboratory tests, the mechanical properties, shrinkage properties, impermeability and wear resistance of polymer cement concrete (PCC) were studied. Compared with ordinary cement concrete, the performance of the composite pavement was evaluated. The results show that with the increase of the polymer content, the PCC decreases the stiffness while the flexural strength increases, the fracture properties increase, and the dynamic properties such as fatigue resistance and impact resistance are obviously improved. The impermeability, wear resistance and corrosion resistance Performance has also been greatly improved. Theoretical calculations show that PCC composite pavement life is significantly higher than ordinary cement pavement.
