依托校本课程开发,促进教师专业化发展,是深化教育改革的必然趋势。校本课程的开发与实施,使教师角色发生了转换,对教师素质提出了更高要求。认真探讨教师专业化发展途径,积极推进教师专业化发展进程,是教学实践面临的紧迫任务。笔者在教学实践与反思中认为,我国目前教师专业化基本途径有院校奠基、校本培训、课题带动、行动研究、教学反思,并在此基础上提出一些初步看法,供同仁商榷。
Relying on the development of school-based curriculum to promote the professional development of teachers is an inevitable trend of deepening education reform. The development and implementation of school-based curriculum has transformed teachers’ roles and put forward higher requirements on the quality of teachers. It is an urgent task for teaching practice to conscientiously explore ways of teachers ’professional development and actively promote the process of teachers’ professional development. In the teaching practice and reflection, the author thinks that the basic way of teachers’ professionalization in our country is to lay foundation, school-based training, subject-driven, action research and teaching reflection. Based on this, some preliminary opinions are put forward for my colleagues to discuss.
