医疗市场竞争的加剧,对公立医院管理者的综合素质提出更高的要求,院长职业化的呼声愈演愈烈。然而随着我国医药卫生体制改革的进一步深化,要求公立医院承担更多社会责任,社会责任已成为考察医院绩效的重要方面。新形势下,公立医院院长职业化程度与社会责任的关系是怎样的呢?文章首先指出了研究两者关系的背景,然后结合两者的研究现状探讨了研究两者关系的思路。
The intensified competition in the medical market places higher demands on the overall quality of public hospital managers, and the voice of Dean’s professionalism intensifies. However, with the further deepening of the medical and health system reform in our country, public hospitals are required to assume more social responsibility. Social responsibility has become an important aspect for examining the performance of hospitals. Under the new situation, what is the relationship between the degree of professionalism and social responsibility of public hospital chiefs? The article first points out the background of the study of the relationship between the two, and then explores the way to study the relationship between the two.
