本文对ND─5型内燃机车气缸套内表面的擦伤进行了激光修复可行性的研究。结果表明,采用激光熔敷(预敷合金粉末)或激光熔融(不预敷合金粉末)工艺修复缸套的擦伤切实可行。熔敷层或熔融层表面平整,堆高小,硬度满足要求,热影响区和变形小。
This paper studies the feasibility of laser repairing the abrasion of the inner surface of cylinder liner of ND-5 diesel locomotive. The results show that the use of laser cladding (pre-deposited alloy powder) or laser melting (without pre-coated alloy powder) process of repairing the cylinder liner bruising practical. Fusion layer or the surface of the melt layer formation, pile height, hardness to meet the requirements, heat-affected zone and small deformation.
