针对哈尔滨水资源量不足,以及灌溉水资源利用率较低的问题,综合考虑农业可持续发展的经济效益、社会需要及生态效益3个方面,基于熵权系数法的基本原理构建了多准则的灌溉水资源优化调配的模型,确定了研究区农业种植最优模式以及相应的合理灌溉用水量。模型结果表明,该区玉米、水稻、大豆3种作物的最优种植面积分别为120.41,65.97,4.45万hm2,相应合理的灌溉水量分别为45.152 0,369.094 7,0.667 0亿m3。通过主要粮食作物的最佳种植模式及合理灌溉量调配的研究,保证我国的粮食安全。
In view of the shortage of water resources in Harbin and the low utilization rate of irrigation water resources, we consider the economic benefits, social needs and ecological benefits of agricultural sustainable development by considering the basic principles of entropy coefficient method The optimized allocation model of irrigation water resources determines the optimal model of agricultural planting in the study area and the corresponding reasonable irrigation water consumption. The model results showed that the optimal planting area of three kinds of crops such as corn, rice and soybean in this area were 120.41, 65.97 and 44.5 thousand hm2, respectively, and the corresponding reasonable irrigation water amounts were 45.152 0,369.094 7,066.7 billion m3. Through the study on the best planting mode of main grain crops and the rational allocation of irrigation volume, we will ensure the food security in our country.
