职业技术教育培养目标的职业性、技能性、实践性和应用性决定了其执教者应该是具有“双师”素质的教师。本文对“双师型”教师作了界定描述,分析了“双师型”教师的类型,阐述“双师型”教师的素质特征:知识结构的广博性、交叉性;能力结构的实践性、应用性;素质结构的综合性、职业性。
