研究了雾化沉积SiCp/2014复合材料的时效行为。结果表明,在SiCp/2014的时效过程中,峰值时效的主要强化相为β相(Mg2Si),其最佳的时效工艺为502℃固溶40min,170℃时效4.5h。
The aging behavior of atomized SiCp / 2014 composites was studied. The results show that during the aging process of SiCp / 2014, the main strengthening phase of peak aging is β phase (Mg2Si). The optimum aging process is solution treatment at 502 ℃ for 40min and aging at 170 ℃ for 4.5h.
