我院1983年5月～1991年8月手术治疗食管癌和贲门癌913例,切除873例(切除率95.6％),吻合口手工针线缝合381例。GF-Ⅰ型管型消化道吻合器机械吻合492例。现将机械吻合492例的经验报告如下:
In our hospital from May 1983 to August 1991, 913 cases of esophageal and cardiac cancers were treated, 873 cases were removed (resection rate was 95.6%), and 381 cases were made by manual needle sewing. 492 cases of mechanical anastomosis of GF-I type tube digestive tract anastomosis.
