目的探索基于S-G滤波理论的超声造影(CEUS)定量分析(SGCQ)软件分析肝肿瘤血流动力学的方法和初步结果。方法入选40个肝细胞癌及40个转移性肝肿瘤病灶,造影采用Philips iU 22系统,C5-1探头,频率2~4 MHz,声诺维2.4ml团注。SGCQ软件脱机分析造影数据,获取感兴趣区的灌注参数。比较不同研究者分析结果的一致性;比较肿瘤与肝实质、两种肿瘤病灶之间的参数。结果所有参数组内相关系数>0.8。上升斜率a2、下降斜率a3、曲线下面积(AUC)及灌注时间在肝细胞癌及肝实质间有统计学差异。除增强强度外,转移性肝肿瘤与肝实质间各参数有统计学差异。a2、a3、AUC在两种肿瘤间有统计学差异。结论 SGCQ软件定量分析具有良好的重复性,该软件能显示出肝细胞癌及转移性肝肿瘤的血流动力学特点及二者之间的差异。
Objective To explore the method and preliminary results of hepatic tumor hemodynamics by using CEUS quantitative analysis (SGCQ) software based on S-G filter theory. Methods Forty hepatocellular carcinomas and 40 metastatic liver tumors were enrolled in this study. The Philips iU 22 system and C5-1 probe were used for angiography. SGCQ software offline analysis of contrast data to obtain the perfusion parameters of the region of interest. Comparison of different researchers to analyze the consistency of the results; Comparison of tumor and liver parenchyma, the parameters between the two tumor lesions. Results All parameters within the group correlation coefficient> 0.8. Rising slope a2, falling slope a3, area under the curve (AUC) and perfusion time were significantly different between hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic parenchyma. In addition to enhanced intensity, metastatic liver tumor and liver parenchyma between the parameters were statistically different. a2, a3, AUC in the two tumors were statistically different. Conclusion The quantitative analysis of SGCQ software has good repeatability. The software can show the hemodynamic characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma and metastatic liver tumors and their differences.
