本文建立了六轴机车非线性稳态曲线通过的数学模型,考虑了接触几何学、弹性滑动力和悬挂三种非线性因素,以东风_4型内燃机车为例,研究了设计参数对稳态曲线通过的影响。研究表明,一系偏转刚度小,既利于曲线导向,又利于牵引力的发挥。所以,一系偏转刚度对机车曲线通过性能起决定性作用。本文还提出了将转向架端部轮对间用大阻值阻尼器进行纵向连接的结构改进方案。经过定性分析后,认为这种结构可以改善机车的曲线通过性能。
In this paper, a mathematical model for passing non-linear steady-state curve of six-axle locomotive is established. Considering three nonlinear factors of contact geometry, elastic sliding force and suspension, taking DF_4 diesel locomotive as an example, The influence of the curve passing. Research shows that a series of deflection stiffness is small, not only conducive to curve-oriented, but also conducive to the play of traction. Therefore, a series of deflection stiffness play a decisive role on locomotive curve passing performance. In this paper, a structural improvement scheme of longitudinally connecting the wheelsets of the bogie with the large resistance dampers is proposed. After qualitative analysis, this structure is considered to improve locomotive’s curve passing performance.
