目的:为药师处理临床药害事件提供参考。方法:通过我院2006-2011年药师应用高效液相色谱法、紫外分光光度法、pH值测定法、化学分析法等药品检验技术参与处理临床药害事件的案例,分析药品检验技术在处理各种临床药害事件中的运用情况。结果与结论:我院药师参与临床药害事件84例,通过药品检验技术进行处理的有56例,其中有34例采用了高效液相色谱仪和紫外分光光度仪进行检验。各项药品检验技术在协助药师处理临床药害事件、判定事件责任时提供了有力依据。药品检验技术的灵活运用,为今后处理类似的临床药害事件提供了借鉴。
Objective: To provide a reference for pharmacists to deal with clinical injury events. Methods: Pharmacists in our hospital from 2006 to 2011 application of high performance liquid chromatography, UV spectrophotometry, pH determination, chemical analysis and other drug testing techniques involved in dealing with cases of clinical pesticide incidents, analysis of drug testing technology in the treatment of Clinical application of pesticide events in the situation. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Our hospital pharmacists involved in 84 cases of clinical drug injury cases, 56 cases were treated by drug testing techniques, of which 34 cases were tested by high performance liquid chromatography and UV spectrophotometer. Various drug testing techniques provide a strong basis for assisting pharmacists in handling clinical phytosanitary incidents and determining the responsibilities of incidents. The flexible application of drug testing technology provides reference for the handling of similar clinical drug injury incidents in the future.
