维生素D(V_D)的研究已有七十年的历史了。近二十年来,人们逐渐认识到V_D不是简单的维生素而是一种具有广泛作用的激素系统之前体。随着研究的不断深入,人们对V_D激素系统有了许多新的认识。本文就该激素系统的研究进展作一简述。一、V_D激素的代谢及其调节 V_D活化的第一步是在肝脏转化为25-羟基V_(D3)(25-(OH)D_3)。肝脏催化25-羟化反应的酶有两种,即微粒体酶和线粒体酶。微粒体酶由黄素蛋白和细胞色素P_(450)组成,其催化作用需O_2和一种胞质因子参与。
The study of vitamin D (V_D) has a history of 70 years. For the past two decades, people have come to realize that V_D is not a simple vitamin but a precursor of a wide-ranging hormone system. With the deepening of research, people have a lot of new understanding of the V_D hormone system. This article briefly describes the research progress of this hormone system. First, the metabolism of V_D hormone and its regulation The first step of V_D activation is to convert to 25-hydroxy V_(D3)(25-(OH)D_3) in the liver. There are two enzymes that catalyze the 25-hydroxylation reaction in the liver, microsomal enzymes and mitochondrial enzymes. Microsomal enzymes are composed of flavoprotein and cytochrome P 450 , and their catalytic action requires the participation of O 2 and a cytoplasmic factor.
