回转圈是平地机铲刀回转装置上的重要组件之一。由于平地机作业载荷大、工况恶劣,若回转圈齿板与圈板焊接质量存在问题,将直接影响平地机的正常使用。本文主要研究焊接机器人在焊接回转圈中存在的问题,并提出解决问题的方法。1.回转圈结构及原焊接工艺(1)回转圈结构回转圈主要由圈板和齿板焊接而成。回转圈安装在牵引架上,牵引架上的蜗轮箱驱动回转圈旋转,从而带动回转圈上的铲刀旋转到所需的工作位置。平地机回转圈结构如图1所示。(2)原焊接工艺回转圈的齿板与圈板焊接部位制成双面坡口,以便焊接牢固。以前,齿板与圈板组焊时
The revolving ring is one of the most important components on the grader blade turning device. As the grader load is large, bad conditions, if the rotating ring plate and ring plate welding quality problems, will directly affect the normal use of graders. This paper mainly studies the welding robot in the welding circle, and proposes the solution to the problem. 1.
