在司法审判中常常会遇到各种民事和行政交叉案件,但目前的法律针对交叉案件的审理程序没有明确的规定,进而会导致法院审理过程中出现了一系列矛盾,同时给当事人带去无尽的麻烦。故本文从民事和行政交叉案件的概念及类型角度进行分析,阐述了民事和行政交叉案件审理机制的立法情况以及民事和行政交叉案件司法审理情况等内容,以期提高司法效益,让法律更好地为人民服务。
