小学科学课程强调让学生把科学知识与观察、推理和思维的技能结合起来,达到学科学、用科学的目的,培养学生动手、动脑的能力,提升学生的科学素养。在课程改革与整合的理念指导下,结合拓展课程建设,在寻找源头活水中丰富科学内涵、在开辟第二课堂中拓展学习时空、在整合学科优势种提升科学素养,不断优化小学科学学习的载体,有效拓展科学学习的时空,促进学生科学素养的提高,实现课程改革的终极目标。
